• Type of electronic submissions accepted: formt as a .RTF or .DOC file and send via this online form (Hey Publisher) (Note: This publication uses an outside submission service. Various submission service companies may charge the author a reading fee for some/all handling of submissions. This fee may, or may not, be shared with the publication in question. Any reading fee goes against Ralan.com's policy of "The money flows to the writer." If you are asked to pay any reading fee, please report it to Ralan. In any case, make sure you read and understand the Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, of any submission service before you send your manuscript to them.
